Victorinox's Werks Traveler 6.0 range is intended for globe trotters and jet-setters who love nothing more than winding through busy airports and embarking on overseas trips. Crafted from abrasion-resistant nylon, this Large Softside Case boasts an expandable design that lets you increase your packing space in seconds and comes with a Pack More System featuring an integrated laptop compartment. The included garment suiter is perfect for carrying important business garments, while the smooth-action wheels and extendable trolley handle let you whisk through airports in style. Black Werks Traveler 6.0 Large Softside Case features:Designed in Switzerland. Crafted from strong, abrasion-resistant nylon. Expandable design – lets you increase packing space in seconds. Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post's eParcel service, StarTrack Couriers or TNT within Australia or your national postal agent for New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland during normal business hours.
For orders being delivered outside of Australia, the recipient may need to pay import duties before they can take delivery of the order. Any fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be reimbursed be Peter's of Kensington.
Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Peter's of Kensington will offer a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:
1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
2. You have proof of purchase; and
3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items can be returned via post box or post office, depending on the size of the return parcel.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team or alternatively

IN-STORE COLLECTS
The Returns Policy for in-store collect items correlates with that of "Purchases made online" (see above), with the exclusion that a change of mind shall permit you to a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion at the time of collection. Following collection, Peter's of Kensington Returns Policy will only extend to an exchange, gift card or store credit at our discretion for change of mind.
